Shipping and Handling 


Processing time:

Although at checkout customers are given the options for 2-5 day shipping, our store is 90% MADE TO ORDER products. Your shipping method selected at checkout only applies once the item has finished construction. To estimate how long it will take to construct your made to order item please see your item's description near the "Add to Cart" button on each items page in the description! 

International Shipping:

We do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Tracking Questions:

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.

Package Not "Delivered":

If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. Ask your local mail carrier 3. If all else fails, contact your local post office and start the process to file a claim. You may email us about this, and we can provide you with any additional information we may have to help the claim, however, please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS or UPS system. 

Lost Package:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where USPS or UPS have lost a package, delivered to the wrong address or package is stolen. As a small business we cannot be responsible for situations outside our control. You are welcome to use your tracking number and information provided to you via our shipping confirmation email to start a claim by heading directly to your carrier website.

Delayed Items: 

You will not qualify for a refund due to shipping or manufacturing delays.
